Mitch Milat brings over 30 years of experience in mortgage lending, having funded more than $1 billion in mortgage loans. He also has over a decade of experience as an underwriter, which he leverages to tailor solutions to meet his clients’ unique needs. Throughout his career, Mitch has earned numerous awards for high-volume mortgage production, including a ranking of #49 in the U.S. out of over 60,000 mortgage loan officers. His most successful year saw him close 545 loans totaling $135 million.

Mitch is well-versed in various loan products, including Conventional, FHA/VA, Jumbo, and Non-Conforming loans. He also has experience with down payment assistance programs, FHA 203(k) loans for home renovations, and apartment building financing.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys spending time with his two daughters. He is also an accomplished martial artist and Jiu-Jitsu competitor, with multiple awards and championship titles. Additionally, Mitch is a passionate soccer player and a member of FC Benders, the 2017 City of Los Angeles Soccer Championship Team that plays at Griffith Park.
