Mitch Milat has over 30 years of mortgage lending experience and has funded over $1 Billion in mortgage loans. Mitch has also worked as an underwriter with over 10 years experience in underwriting, and uses his underwriting experience to meet the needs of his clients. Mitch has earned many awards for his volume mortgage production, and ranked as high as #49 in the USA out of over 60,000 mortgage loan officers. Mitch’s highest loan volume year was 545 loans for $135 million.

Mitch has extensive experience with Conventional, FHA/VA, Jumbo, Non Conforming, and also has experience with down payment assistance programs, FHA 203 K loans for homes needing renovation, apartment building finance, and more.

In his free time, Mitch enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters. Mitch also enjoys competing in Jiu Jitsu and Martial Arts, and has won many awards and championships in his competition. Mitch also enjoys playing Soccer, and is a member of the 2017 City of Los Angeles Soccer Championship Team, FC Benders, which plays at Griffith Park.
